Build the brief the factory can quote.

Start with the program, add commercial constraints, then share files and contact details. The form tries the lead API first and preserves a direct email route if the service is unavailable.

  2. 02 Specification Add quantity, market, timing, and requirements.
  3. 03 Files & contact Attach references and tell us how to reply.

Factory intake

Three short sections, one complete brief

Required fields are marked by their label. Optional detail helps the factory return a more useful first reply.

  1. 1 Project type
  2. 2 Specification
  3. 3 Files & contact
Step 1 of 3 Project type

Choose the closest route. Optional technical prompts adapt after the program type is selected.

Functional programs route first: tool, delivery, healthcare organizer, equipment case, outdoor, and emergency kit bags.

How to use this form well

The first reply is usually strongest when you tell us what you want to make, your quantity, market, and whether you need sample support or direct pricing.

  • Choose the role that is closest to how you work
  • Select the inquiry type that matches your next step
  • Tell us the product idea, target quantity, and market first
Step 2 of 3 Specification, quantity, and timing

Share what controls price, feasibility, compliance discussion, and the sample route.

Program-specific RFQ fields

Choose the functional route before adding technical details

These optional fields change by program type so tool, delivery, medical organizer, and equipment case inquiries arrive with the right manufacturing context.

Open route guide
  • Tool RFQs should include trade, loaded weight, tool list, pocket map, and bottom structure.
  • Delivery RFQs should include container size, thermal liner, cleaning need, logo panel, and rollout packing.
  • Medical organizer RFQs should include supply list, compartment map, lining, label zones, and buyer-provided wording.
  • Equipment case RFQs should include device dimensions, accessories, foam or divider map, shell type, and fit-sample needs.
Step 3 of 3 Files and contact details

Add references if available, then tell the factory team where to send the reply.

Upload up to 5 design drawings, tech packs, reference photos, CAD/vector files, spreadsheets, or zipped artwork files. 4MB per file, 6MB total.

The form sends to the Connect5 lead API and webform queue. If both are unavailable, it opens a prefilled email draft.

Contact FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask before sending the first inquiry

What should buyers send through the contact form first?

A strong inquiry includes bag category, quantity target, destination market, material direction or reference photos, and whether the immediate need is proof, sample development, or direct pricing.

Can buyers use the form even if the brief is incomplete?

Yes. The form is designed to work even when the buyer is still narrowing the category or deciding whether to start with proof, sample work, or a manufacturing quote.

What happens if the lead API is unavailable?

The form falls back to a prefilled email draft so the inquiry can still be sent without losing the basic project information.
