Connect5 Equipment Carrying Case Fit Checklist
Use this checklist before requesting a drone backpack, camera cube, camera insert, molded EVA case, electronics carrying case, instrument case, or protective equipment bag sample.

1. Buyer and program context
- Buyer type: drone accessory brand / camera gear brand / electronics accessory buyer / instrument supplier / inspection equipment distributor / other
- Target quantity: sample quantity, pilot quantity, first bulk quantity, and repeat-order plan
- Destination market and sales channel
- Target sample deadline and bulk delivery window
- Retail pack-out, distributor carton packing, or field-service kit packing

2. Equipment fit inputs
- Device model or measured dimensions
- Device weight and loaded case weight
- Accessory list: battery, cable, lens, propeller, charger, probe, adapter, manual, tool, or buyer-defined item
- Sensitive surfaces: screen, lens, connector, calibration area, painted surface, or finish-sensitive zone
- Required separation zones and access priority

3. Protection structure
- Shell type: soft fabric / padded soft case / semi-rigid panel / molded EVA / buyer-defined
- Foam direction: foam sheet / cut foam / removable dividers / fixed divider / not sure
- Foam firmness or density expectation
- Divider map and accessory separation plan
- Lid clearance and zipper path requirements
- Handle, strap, or backpack carry expectation

4. Sample proof and fit validation
- Loaded fit photo from top view
- Side view showing lid clearance
- Zipper movement photo or short video
- Divider movement check
- Handle or strap loaded lift photo
- Shell finish and edge review
- Logo placement proof

5. Branding and pack-out
- Logo method: patch / woven label / print / molded logo / no logo
- Insert card, barcode, hangtag, polybag, and carton mark requirements
- Replacement divider or pouch grouping
- Retail-ready packing, export carton packing, or distributor grouping
- Final carton quantity and destination labels

6. Buyer-defined test notes
- Protection expectations: organization only / scratch reduction / light padding / buyer-defined impact or drop test
- Do not claim certified protection unless buyer provides the standard, test method, and acceptance criteria
- Define whether the factory should prepare photos, measurements, or a sample report before bulk approval

7. Send with the RFQ
- Device dimensions or model reference
- Accessory list and divider map
- Protection expectation and shell preference
- Foam, EVA, zipper, handle, and strap requirements
- Logo artwork or brand guide
- Quantity, destination, and target timeline
- Packing and buyer-defined test requirements
